For a long time I did not dare open my mouth in front of a crowd — not because I had nothing to say, but because every time I spoke, my regional accent came through. I believed it was a limit I could never fix.

Then I began to study — patiently and with discipline. From reading news aloud in front of a mirror, to international pronunciation courses, to a Master's programme and doctoral research in communications. My voice didn't just change — it became a profession.

Today I stand here with a very clear belief: if I could do it, so can you. Roseway Academy exists to walk beside those who want to reclaim their own voice.
